Fully Integrated is a weekend experience designed for yoga teachers and fitness instructors as a deep dive into the ways power, privilege and oppression create unique impacts for individuals on the basis of race, gender, ability and social location. The weekend will also consider methods of self-care, acknowledging critical care and developing plans and teams of care. Fully Integrated consists of live and pre-recorded aspects including asana practices, meditations, discussions, inquiry and group work. To attend this immersion you must have attended Race, Gender & Bias workshop with Rebby as foundational learning.

Fully Integrated
Fully Integrated Immersion is a 25 hour experience designed for yoga teachers and fitness instructors to explore how power, privilege and oppression create unique impacts for clients, staff and leadership on the basis of race, gender, ability and social location.
Each day offers a combination of live and pre-recorded aspects including asana practices, meditations, discussions, inquiry and group work.

Sample Schedule
You must attend the following live sessions - they will not be recorded;
there will be pre-recorded supplemental material and content.
Friday: 5-8pm EDT
Saturday: 9-11am, 1-5pm EDT
Sunday: 9-11am, 1-5pm EDT
