Class Schedule

Welcome!


I am thrilled that you are up for practicing with me online. It's so strange feeling so far away from the studio, and you are making a difference in my life by holding space for me to teach and by taking care of your mind and body.


What you'll need

And if you don't have any of these, no worries!

For all classes

  • Water
  • Hand towel
  • Yoga mat (or practice on your floor or carpet)
  • Block(s)/strap if you have them (hand towel or stack of books works, too)

For Deep Stretch classes

  • Blanket, pillow, blocks (optional)

For Meditation

  • Pillow or bolster for a comfortable seat


Class Schedule

Tuesday

  • 9am Slow Flow & Meditation (60 minutes)

Wednesday

  • 6pm Deep Stretch

Thursday

  • 4pm Power Flow
  • 6pm Slow Flow

Friday

  • 9am Power Flow


Class Descriptions

Every class is 45 minutes unless otherwise noted. Classes with meditation are a full 60 minutes (45 minutes class and 15 minute meditation).

Power Flow

This class is structured with standing and balancing poses, an ab sequence and seated sequence to open the hips. Be prepared to break a sweat at home.

Slow Flow

This class is structured with minimal standing poses and blends organic, slower movement and longer holds. A stronger focus on hips and shoulder opening.

Deep Stretch

This class is structured with long holds and no standing poses. The intention is to encourage restoration to the muscles, mind and heart. Modifications and variations will be offered.


Cost

These classes are FREE, however, I am open to donations via Venmo or CashApp @rebbykern.
